"Renovation and equipment of premises in a building - town hall of Fakia village UPI II, square 25 according to the plan of the village of Fakia in order to set up a visitor center"

The project proposal fully meets the objectives and priorities set out in the Municipal Development Plan of Sredets Municipality - OBJECTIVE 3: Integrated development of the municipal territory and its adequate infrastructure provision, MEASURE 3: Development of the tourist and cultural infrastructure, as well as Objectives of the grant aid under procedure BG06RDNP001-19.353 LAG Sredets-sub-measure 7.5 "Investments for public use in recreation, tourist infrastructure" of measure 7 "Basic services and rural renewal in rural areas" Ions "from the Rural Development Program 2014-2020. The provision of focused support aims at the development of alternative forms of tourism and the promotion of the natural and cultural and historical heritage on the territory of LAG Sredets. This project proposal contains activities for implementation of construction and repair works of premises in the town hall in the village of Fakia, delivery of furniture, delivery and installation of equipment. The envisaged project activities are dictated by the current state of the premises, as well as the need to create a visitor center in the village of Fakia, bearing in mind the need to promote the local natural and cultural-historical heritage.
