Culture and Origins through Mutual Events in South Eastern Europe (COMEandSEE)

The present project envisages implementation of transnational cooperation and will be implemented by LAG - Gotse Delchev - Garmen - Hadzhidimovo (LAG - GD) and by the following associated partners (AP), according to signed partnership agreement: • LAG Lunca Joasa a Siretului - Romania; • LAG Lider Bistrita Nasaud - Romania; • LAG Kavala Development S.A - Greece; • LAG Cameli - Turkey. The project will be implemented on the territory of the LAG - GD, as well as on the territory of the APs, and includes the implementation of the activities: 1. Development of a joint product by developing a joint album and software. Development of joint software for promotion of traditional festivals and art exhibitions organized by the APs, as well as creation of joint album for traditional festivals, art and local culture on the territory of the covered LAGs. 2. Acquisition of tangible assets for holding promotional events. Delivery of wooden pavilions for holding outdoor promotional and informational events on the territory of the LAG-GD. 3. Conducting market research for the development of a concept for creative tourism. Conducting a market study on the territory of LAG - GD. 4. Conducting seminars, joint events, meetings, etc. Organizing and conducting events on the territory of LAG - GD with the participation of representatives of the APs: o Joint festival /open workshops /tasting experiences; o Creative tourist activities through art - exhibition; o Seminar / workshop to promote local cultural heritage and crafts. Participation of representatives of the candidate and local artists in joint events abroad is also envisaged. 5. Publicity and awareness activities. Creating and maintaining project website and Facebook page, publications, elaboration of advertising banner, sign and T-shirts for participants in joint events. 6. Coordination of the implementation of the project activities. Project management and coordination in accordance with the program rules.
