The project proposal includes reconstruction of an existing former school building for the needs of the Visitor Center in the v. Baikal, RPL I, distr. 21.The center will be located in the v.Baikal, along the Danube.The richness of nature favors the proximity of Danube, the beautiful flora and fauna,as well as beach and islands of Boril and Orlya.Nearby is protected area with a locality of common licorice,Bozhevski Bair, where beautiful panoramic views are revealed,the bay near Lipia and the mouth of the Iskar River,where live Dalmatian pelican,great and small cormorant,white heron and others.The uniqueness of the place comes from the unusual view of the starry sky.Nearby there is also OCIDZI organizing:National "Astro Party",European Bird Days,Intern. Regatta on Danube and others.With the construction of the center we could present the natural wealth of the region, by interactive means to introduce visitors to various representatives of flora and fauna and give them a unique opportunity to see the solar system and space from the Danube.It is envisaged that center will consist of 2 halls-Hall "Inspiration from the Danube",which will introduce the natural wealth of the Danube in the region and Hall "Under the stars of the Danube", which will show the solar system and space from the river through the use of visual digital means. It is planned to use the center as a place providing services for cognitive and educational purposes, designed mainly for children and students. The building will be a separate site with two approaches, with the construction of a ramp for people with disabilities.Acc. to the PP, premises located in an existing building will be repaired. It is planned to be equipped with new modern techniques so that the provided information can reach the new generation. The halls will have themed photo wallpapers, animals made of expanded polystyrene,a model of an astronaut,models of the Sun and the Earth,beanbags,screens,a laptop,3D virtual glasses,phones,etc.
