INVESTMENTS FOR PUBLIC USE OF INFRASTRUCTURE, TOURIST INFRASTRUCTURE AND SMALL-SCALE TOURIST INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE TERRITORY OF SADOVETS VILLAGE, MUNICIPALITY OF DOLNI DABNIK

This Project Proposal INVESTMENTS FOR PUBLIC USE IN INFRASTRUCTURE, TOURIST INFRASTRUCTURE AND SMALL-SCALE TOURIST INFRASTRUCTURE ON THE TERRITORY OF THE VILLAGE OF SADOVETS, MUNICIPALITY OF DOLNI DABNIK is in accordance with the conditions of selection procedure No: BG06RDNP001-19.360, measure 7.5 of the community-led Local Development Strategy of the local initiative group (LIG) “LIG Dolna Mitropolia - Dolni Dabnik”. This Local Development Strategy is called “INVESTMENTS FOR PUBLIC USE IN INFRASTRUCTURE, TOURIST INFRASTRUCTURE AND SMALL-SCALE TOURIST INFRASTRUCTURE”, with the candidate, a NPA for Public Benefit “Tourist Association Studenets” in the village of Sadovets, Dolni Dabnik municipality. Under the Technical Design Project (TDP) under Ordinance № 4 and on the basis of Article 154 of the Spatial Development Act, work are defined: І. STAGE 1: The urgent construction and installation works according to the provided funds include 3 sub-sites: 1. PARTIAL RECONSTRUCTION OF THE EXISTING BUILDING AS A TOURIST CENTER WITH THE MOST URGENT CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. Construction and installation works are in part of the existing building, Regulated plot XII 1274, quarter 140, zone: first, which is highly depreciated. Urgent activities in Structures, Architecture, Plumbing, Electricity, Efficiency with a TOTAL AREA OF 267.35 m2. 2. ECO-TRAIL 2: Eco-trail 2 is the smaller one with a length of 725 meters and is a connection to the existing Cable Bridge over the Vit River. The main concept is a NATURAL WAY AS A MINIMUM INTERFERENCE IN A PROTECTED NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, ACCORDING TO Art. 56 Act. 3. REPAIR OF AN EXISTING CABLE BRIDGE OVER THE VIT RIVER, STUDENETS locality, SADOVETS village. The bridge is a signature fixture of an extremely beautiful area. It is functional, connecting the two beautiful banks of the river, and it is used by locals. Total investment cost by STAGE 1 is BGN 150,000.00 with VAT.
