Realization of the tourist potential on the territory of Glavinitsa municipality by building a visitor center for presentation of the local natural and cultural heritage in RLE I-160, quarter 19 according to the plan of the village of Kolarovo, municipality. Glavinitsa, obl. Silistra

The project proposal includes the construction of a Visitor Center in the village of Kolarovo, Glavinitsa municipality, to present and exhibit the local natural and cultural heritage. The diverse tourist resources in the municipality are a factor in promoting the local economy. The aim is to make greater use of the potential for tourism development by providing a small-scale tourist infrastructure. The visitor center will have a hall for exposition of the tangible cultural heritage, a hall for presentation of the intangible cultural heritage - traditions and customs, and for events and presentations, and a hall for exposition of the ethnographic material evidence from the life of the population, presentation of natural landmarks, literary and literary values ​​in the municipality of Glavinitsa. The visitor center will also carry out educational activities on topics such as sustainable use of natural resources and conservation of biological diversity, which are a key element in the tourist development of the territory. The project proposal envisages the purchase of equipment and furniture necessary for the functioning of the visitor center as a place to promote natural landmarks, cultural and historical heritage, authentic cultures and traditions of Glavinitsa municipality. The provision of detailed information and pleasant experiences for visitors will have a favorable economic effect on the territory, stimulating the development of tourism-related activities and services. This will contribute to a better quality of life for the local community. The project is implemented within the framework of the LAG of Glavinitsa - Sitovo Kraydunavska Dobrudzha, in connection with Priority 2. Development of public infrastructure and effective utilization of natural and cultural-historical resources to achieve Specific Objective 2: Building and creating conditions for public use of infrastructure for recreation and tourism.
