The present investment intent of FURN DESIGN EOOD is related to the intention to develop new activity for the company and is in full compliance with the main objective of the local development strategy of LAG-RAZLOG during the programming period 2014-2020, namely quality of life through upgrading, diversification and balance of socio-economic activities on the territory of Razlog municipality and more specifically Priority 1 Increasing competitiveness and local entrepreneurship. The project aims at expanding the business and diversifying the manufacturing activity of FURN DESIGN Ltd., creating a sustainable and competitive local business, creating new jobs and limiting unemployment in the region. In order to realize the investment, financial support is requested under procedure BG06RDNP001-19.368 - LAG-Razlog, Measure 8.6 "Investments in forestry technologies and in the processing, mobilization and marketing of forest products". It is envisaged to purchase, install and put into operation a drying chamber for cutting material. For this purpose, a property is located in Razlog, 154, block of flats with ID 61813.75.30 with an existing foundation for mounting the camera, which is a block structure, with a lightweight metal structure, columns and beams of aluminum. profiles. The dryer complies with UNI 9006 standard. It will be outdoor mounted. The oven has a capacity of 150m³ for one drying cycle. The annual production capacity is 2271m³ of dried deciduous and coniferous timber. The required amount of raw material to ensure the annual production capacity for the enterprise is allocated as follows:  Raw broken bamboo pine 50mm thick - 1875 m³  Raw broken oak moss material 50mm thick - 396 m³ The planned investment costs amount to 199 491.60 BGN. Expected subsidy is 50% - 99 745,80 BGN.
