Construction and furnishing of a shop for construction materials in the village of Kovachitsa, Lom municipality

Pavli - 16 EOOD was founded in 2013, with headquarters in the town of Lom, Lom municipality, Montana region. The main activity of the company is trade with construction materials. In addition, the company develops food trade, as well as debt collection activities. Its success is due to the established and strengthened lasting relationships with customers, focusing entirely on meeting their needs. However, due to the growing need and market dynamics, the company's management makes the strategic decision to build a new store for construction materials in order to provide more goods in stock, better service and a wider range, to provide employment for the local population and meet consumer expectations. With the present project proposal "Pavli - 16" EOOD applies under measure 6.4 "Investments in support of non-agricultural activities" to the Local Initiative Group "Lom" of the RDP 2014-2020. The implementation of the project proposal, through the successful implementation of the investment intention to build a store for construction materials and increase labor productivity will contribute to achieving Priority 1, Strategic Objective 1.2 of the Strategy of Local Initiative Group Lom: "Diversification of the local economy" related to the development of non-agricultural activities, with the potential for sustainable development, which is related to the creation of employment outside the agricultural sector.
