"Construction, equipment and furnishing of the Tourist Information Center in the town of Ardino, Ardino municipality"

The Tourism, protection and promotion of cultural heritage is a priority in the activities of the municipality of Ardino. It is enshrined in all municipal regulations such as Development Plan of the Municipality of Ardino 2014-2020, Integrated Plan for Renovation of the Town of Ardino 2014-2020, General Development Plan of the Municipality of Ardino 2014-2025, Development Program of Tourism 2017-2020, as well as the Strategy for Preservation of Cultural Heritage in the Municipality of Ardino 2017-2021.In recent years, serious efforts have been made on the territory of the municipality for the socialization of the immovable cultural heritage.Admission to tourist attractions and historical monuments has been improved.Gazebos, shelters and fountains were built. Ecopaths were marked and nameplates were placed. Despite successfully implemented many projects in the field of tourism, it is still necessary to work towards improving and perfecting the tourist infrastructure in order to increase the interest and satisfaction of visitors and tourists.In this regard is the opportunity provided by the CLLD Strategy of the NGO LAG Ardino-Dzhebel "through measure 7.5. for construction, equipment and furnishing of a Tourist Information Center, which will significantly increase the demand for cultural and historical attractions in the municipality of Ardino, which in turn will lead to sustainable development of tourism and the transformation of the municipality into a preferred tourist destination.The present project proposal envisages construction and installation works for construction, equipment and furnishing of the Tourist Information Center in the town of Ardino, including all associated costs, including: costs for preparation of an investment project in the "Working Project" phase, costs for author's supervision, costs for construction supervision, costs for project management and costs for legal services for preparation of tender documents under the Public Procurement Act.
