PURCHASE OF AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT FOR GROWING PERMANENT PLANTATIONS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW PLUM PLANTATION

With this project proposal, farmer Mehmed Cemil Mehmed is applying for the purchase of agricultural machinery for growing perennials - a tractor with additional equipment and a milling machine, as well as for the creation of 22.5 acres of new plum orchard Stanley. The brands, models and prices of the agricultural machinery indicated in the table for investments are indicative and are determined on the basis of a received offer with the lowest price of the offered machinery. In case of approval of the project proposal, a procedure for external award under CMD 160 will be carried out according to the criteria set in the inquiries and the supplier of the equipment will be determined.The Institute of Fruit Growing, Plovdiv, has been chosen as a supplier of planting material - in order to supply quality produced planting material. 1000 Stanley plum saplings have been agreed. With a planting scheme of 5 meters between rows and 4.5 meters in a row, 44, 44 saplings will be planted on 1 decare. 22.5 decares of new plum plantations will be created. For this purpose, 2 agricultural properties are leased on the land of the village of Bulair, Dolni Chiflik municipality, Varna district - properties 07034.17.9 and 07034.15.13.The equipment provided for purchase will be used for growing both the newly created 22.5 decares and the 27.7 decares available on the farm as of the date of application. The applicant envisages, in case of approval, to complete the project by the end of 2021.
