Improving the cultural infrastructure in the settlements of Isperih municipality (M.Porovets, Belentsi, Ludogortsi, G.Porovets and Lavino)

Community centres are the best presented establishments in the field of culture on a local level. On the territory of municipality of Isperih there are 24 community centres which satisfy the users' needs, related to the development and enrichment of the cultural life and the preservation of the Bulgarian traditions and customs. In almost all of them there is a library, social groups that preserve the rites and the traditions of the region. Their rich cultural life includes commemorating important dates, events and local rites, organising of celebrations, festivals and contests. According to article 4 of PZR, these institutions are provided for free buildings in which they are. The main problem that they have to face is the use of old materials. The current project suggestion includes renovation of 5 community centres: "Probuda 1931" in Belintsi - recuperation of the hall and the stage; "Samoobrazovanie 1904" in Goliam Parovets - repairing of the hall; "Razvitie 1928" in Ludogortsi - repairing of the hall and the roof; "Probuda 1928" in Lavino - repairing of the hall, stage and the roof; "Razvitie 1910" in Malak Porovets - mending of the stage and the hall; The positive effects of the implementation of the project will be: 1. Creating of a cozy art environment for the groups; 2. Extending the number of the offered services; 3. Stimulating the initiatives and the active participation of every inhabitant; 4. Social including of the youths and the elderly and people living by themselves; 5. The satisfaction with the quality of life and respectively it will result in diminishing the migration.
