Construction and recuperation of a sports area on the territory of the city stadium in Isperih

Isperih municipality is famous for relatively good level of social and technical construction and variety of local services. However, the natives are of the opinion that the level of the offered public services such as culture and sports is insufficient for leading an active social life and personal development. Conducted surveys in the vicinity point to the fact that the dissatisfaction with the quality of life is one of the most important factor for the migration of young people, consequently. Parents voice their concerns regarding the lack of environment and services for the right spending of the spare time of their children and youths, which leads to the upsurge of the cases of people abusing drugs and to isolation. A research among young people shows that all of them are interested in different clubs, courses and more than 50% of them express their willingness to participate in sports activities and contests. The investment intention of Isperih municipality is related to this need and intends to convert the existing stadium into a modern sports complex. In the project is included the construction of a multifunctional playground, the recuperation of the existing track, the renovation of the ways to the facility and energy-saving lighting system and greening. The positive effects of this will be: -The increase of the opportunities to do exercise outdoors -Entangling children and youths in sport activities and, as a consequence -It will be possible for people to train after sunset thanks to the new lighting system -Diminishing the number of sustained traumas among sportsmen thanks to the new flooring -More opportunities to hold contests and tournaments with different amounts of contestants and audience. -Increasing the satisfaction with the quality of life among the inhabitants and, as a result, reduction of emmigration.
