Reconstruction and renovation of a shed market and of its administrative building in Isperih

The current project proposal is for the renovation of a shed market and its administrative building. It addresses the problem of the untapped market infrastructure for local products. Due to the realization of the project there will be an increasing search of qualitative local farm products with a guaranteed origin as well as biological products. The competitiveness of the primary farmers will soar through the short chain of delivery between producers and users. The investment intent plans to change the open-space market dramatically. The construction will be utterly preserved and on all facades there will be panels made of etalbond and plexiglass surfaces. The roof will be covered with polycarbonate panels lying on the current construction. The construction of a new electrical installation for lighting of the market has been planned, as well. There will be three pathways to the market - two from east and one from west. New market counters will be provided that will allow the preservation of the offered production as well as new multifunctional foldable tables. That way the market area will be optimized. When it comes to the administrative building which is public, thorough roof reparation has been envisioned and a new toilet for handicapped people has been planned. The positive effects of the realization of the project will be: 1. Access of customers to fresh farm products with guaranteed quality and origin. 2. Shortening the chain of delivery between the local producer and the local consumer. 3. Stimulating the local economy and especially the farmers. 4. Opportunity to multiply the positive effects via including the local restaurant owners and local establishments in presenting the local gastronomic heritage through culinary counters, degustations and demonstrations.
