Construction of an open-air summer stage at the National Chitalishte Saznanie 1891 in the town of Isperih

The project for construction of an outdoor summer stage will be spread over 643square meters of built-up area and 342.30square meters of landscaping.The total area of ​​the property is 1141square meters with a building density of 60%,observed in the preparation of the technical design.The project is divided into the following activities:Activity1:Construction and installation works for construction of a summer outdoor stage;Activity2:Consulting services for the implementation and reporting of the project activities;Activity3:Carrying out construction supervision.All activities are described in detail in point 7Project activities.The construction and installation works on the summer stage briefly consist of the following:delivery and installation of three container buildings with different purposes;construction of a tribune;construction of a summer stage;delivery and installation of accompanying equipment(lighting,sound and projection systems);construction of various pavements and landscaping.The project activities correspond to the priorities of the Municipal Development Plan of the Municipality of Isperih 2014-2020one,namely:Priority area 5.Heritage and tourism, Measure 5.4.Reconstruction of community centers and implementation of energy efficiency measures,public works and rehabilitation,including yards and fences,as well as Measure 5.9.active use of open public spaces for cultural events and activities.The implementation of the project will create an opportunity for conducting outdoor activities,both for children and adults using the services of the Chitalishte,and for children from the educational system(schools and kindergartens).In this way the cultural life in the municipality of Isperih will be diversified,and this will lead to the achievement of the objectives of the CLLD Strategy of the Isperih LAG,Priority IISocial inclusion and dynamic living environment,Specific objective 4Promotion of active lifestyles,innovation and social engagement in the community.
