RENOVATION OF THE DANUBE PARK IN THE TOWN OF LOM

The modern city is characterized by a dynamically changing environment, expansion or renewal of urban infrastructure and more and more attention is paid to the benefits of creating conditions for work and rest, in which nature is actively involved through the construction and / or renovation of more parks. , gardens and green areas in the urban environment. Physical renewal and improvement create an attractive urban environment, provide favorable conditions and contribute to improving the quality of life. The renewal of the urban environment attracts future investments and as a whole leads to further development and increase of the competitiveness not only of the city center Lom, but also in the adjacent territories in the municipality. The project proposal envisages renovation of the Danube park in the town of Lom by dismantling unusable old play equipment, not subject to current repairs and not meeting the requirements for safe playing conditions, delivery and installation of new children's equipment for different age groups of children and youth. , equipment with the required number of benches and bins for household waste, laying of new flooring. in the designated places, according to the requirements of Ordinance № 1 of 12.01.2009 of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works on the terms and conditions for the structure and safety of playgrounds. To overcome the social isolation of children and young people with disabilities, a combined children's facility for children with special needs will be delivered and installed. as this will lead to the improvement of their physical condition and will contribute to their social inclusion.
