The rich history of the educational work on the territory of the municipality has created a great variety of cultural heritage, has preserved exceptional educational treasures that are little known and insufficiently popularized at the local level.For example, history takes us to the 50s of the last century in the village of Paskalevo. It is directly related to the activities of the great educator Pop Pascal.The archives "speak" that from his property in 1848-1849 the Bulgarian school was built, which is one of the oldest in Dobrudja.Therefore, the main challenge for us is through investments in the closed school in the village of Paskalevo to improve and diversify the existing infrastructure and purchase equipment, to create a unique year-round location that provides an opportunity to practice alternative tourism.The idea is to create a unique experience, a feeling of a better and more interesting life, to ensure continuity in terms of educational traditions and an attractive modern education, generated a desire to return to the locationby creating a visitor center, training center and attraction for training in safe traffic, conducting educational and entertainment events.As the new tourist product develops a promising form for practicing year-round tourism by the entire population of the municipality, incl. vulnerable groups and children, this obliges us to implement measures to promote it, which will definitely increase marketing in the territory. Separately, a person will be appointed, whose operational work will provide quality services during the events and presentation and promotion of the tourist product.The product includes: 1. Presentation of the local educational heritage and educational work; 2. Attractive theoretical and practical education and development of transport culture and road safety; 3. Conducting entertainment and educational events 4. Promotion of the tourist product.
