Development of a tourism product for historical, cultural, educational and recreational tourism on the territory of Dobrichka municipality

The project idea "builds" on the historical, natural and cultural riches on the territory of the Municipality of Dobrichka - a magnificent cultural heritage preserved over time. This makes the territory a real gold mine, but unfortunately they are little known and under-promoted at local and regional level. In the settlements of the municipality centers of cultural life and catalysts of cultural events are the community centers. The events and cultural events associated with them usually cover anniales and celebrations of memorable dates of Bulgarian history and prominent personalities, which are revered within the settlement. But at this stage we cannot accept the cultural and creative activities of the community centers as potential tourist attractions of an eventful nature.Changing this status quo of the destination can be achieved through a complex use of resources related to the cultural and historical heritage, which covers: tangible and intangible cultural heritage, as well as sites representing the cultural heritage - museums, collections, libraries, centers and monuments related to historical figures. Event tourism is a strategic alternative in this regard. By promoting the local culture, traditions and values, it can actively contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the municipality as a tourist destination, the main challenge is, by creating a museum exposition "100 years "The Song of Wheels" in the community center and renovation of the Karaleska Cheshma Cultural Monument, to create a unique year-round attractive location that provides an opportunity for alternative tourism.
