The project proposal envisages a series of activities, the culmination of which will be the holding of the first Festival of Archeology "Sboryanovo - discover, get to know, tell". It plans studies on the participation of the local community in the archeological research of many years as well as digitalization of photos provided by the respondents. Members of the local community (12 animators of young age, from 16 to 40 years old) will support the festival's practical workshops after their planned training. Training will also be provided for the museum's specialists, the representatives of the NGO "Helis" and the local community. This specialized process is in essence a transfer of good practices in the field of archaeological research through non-invasive methods, preserving the natural resources of archaeological sites - photogrammetry. Information meetings will be held in two settlements: the village of Malak Porovets and the village of Sveshtari. Within the project, a Website will be developed - a platform that will be accessible via a mobile device and will present in an attractive way the project and the heritage of the territory. The Archeology Festival will be preceded by practical classes / workshops with which the participants will be introduced to the science of archeology. The positive effects of the project will be: - Realization of the first festival of archeology on the territory of Isperih Municipality with at least 200 participants; - Introducing a new qualities in the presentation of the cultural heritage of the territory through the transfer of practical skills and acquaintance with technologies that have come from antiquity; - Attracting a wide range of visitors and tourists: children, youth, specialized audience with interest in the field of cultural heritage and history; - Building local capacity for interpretation and promotion of heritage by organizing events aimed at tourists and visitors.
