Modernization of the technological equipment and increasing the quality of the production of VLASLA Ltd.

VLASLA Ltd. was established in 2011 with the purpose of activity production and trade of soft drinks and table water. The level of competition in this industry in Bulgaria is constantly growing-the number of manufacturers is increasing, new technological solutions and products are entering. Demands among the population are growing and more and more health and environmental solutions are being sought. In order to meet the high expectations of customers and to offer a quality product in accordance with modern standards, we will invest in new equipment. We will buy an automatic line for filling, closing, labeling and packaging of PET bottles, an automatic machine for blowing PET bottles and other production equipment. The capabilities of the new equipment, combined with our expertise, will allow us to provide our customers with the following benefits: -Prices of products will remain low at higher quality compared to competitors; -The production time per unit of product will be drastically reduced; -They will receive the highest possible quality, thanks to the computer control of the production process; -They will receive a very large range of different in taste, aroma clear and natural juices. With the implementation of the project our company will expand its activities, will increase its competitiveness and will ensure its sustainable development. We will also offer an innovative tourist attraction for the region - tourist tours on weekends, accompanied by tastings and multimedia presentations of the production process. The new equipment will have an improved energy performance, will have much more precise management and as a consequence will optimize the amount of materials used. Its use will lead to a reduction in CO2 emissions as a result of the use of recycled PET raw materials for the production of bottles and thus will reduce the pressure on nature. The equipment is modern, innovative and will allow us to produce completely new products for the company.
