Upgrading of the "Penchev-2002" Ltd production base

The main activity of the company "Penchev-2002" Ltd. is production of dairy products: yellow cheese, butter and cottage cheese. So far, most of the production is concentrated in cheese, as the company does not have the necessary equipment for dosing and packaging of butter and cottage cheese products, which complicates the production process. The current project proposal of "Penchev-2002" Ltd. aims to expand and improve the quality of production of the company by increasing the percentage of production of butter and cottage cheese by purchasing the following assets: 1.Vacuum filler OMET model F 7- 1 piece; 2. Clip Tipper Tie model DCM90 - 1 piece; 3. Stainless steel table 830/680/800 - 1 piece. The modernization of the production base is of special importance for the company's activity. The new equipment will be installed in the butter and curd production plant at the plant. The production of the products will meet and comply with all current veterinary-sanitary and hygienic requirements of the Bulgarian and European legislation in the field of food. The project envisages the creation of permanent employment of 4 employees who will be responsible for the production process related to the project proposal, which will contribute to sustainable employment in the region. The project will help increase the competitiveness of the enterprise and contribute to sustainable employment in rural areas.
