Renovation of a property - municipal property in order to turn it into a tourist attraction "Balkantsi"

The project proposal is aimed at repairing a property - municipal property in order to turn it into a tourist attraction "Balkans", representing the contribution of Trojans to the Doiran epic. The subject of the project is repair of real cultural value - house "Spas Balevski" in RLE IV-2074, quarter 101 according to the plan of Troyan, with administrative address 72 General Kartsov Str., Troyan. The house has the status of a single architectural, construction and historical immovable cultural property with a category of "local significance". For the implementation of the necessary construction and installation works, architectural surveys, drawings of the distributions and facades, providing the finishing coatings and reconstruction have been prepared. The prepared documentation is coordinated with the Ministry of Culture. The project envisages the ground floor of the house to be divided into two with a partition wall of two-layer plasterboard on a pillar structure, and this part to the bottom is provided for storage of heavy furniture - weapon replicas and models. All other halls at this level will include a permanent exhibition of historical and ethnographic nature, including windows with various exhibits, graphic panels with information, macro photos, and in Hall 2 and Hall 4 will be made reconstructions of the trench and bunker, respectively. The organization of the exposition areas and the provided equipment and furniture require the execution of construction works on the wall and floor coverings, according to the purpose of the separate halls, as well as lighting of the exposition. A movable ramp is provided for the access of disadvantaged people.
