Construction of tunnel greenhouses for greenhouse vegetable production

The purpose of greenhouse production is year-round supply of the population with fresh vegetables. Greenhouse vegetables produced in winter and early spring are a relatively rich source of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. In recent years, with the establishment of market relations in the Bulgarian economy, greenhouse production has taken its place and gradually increases the consumption of fresh vegetables during the winter-spring season.The technical equipment is modern, meeting the international veterinary and sanitary requirements. Since Bulgaria is already a member of the European Union, European standards will be observed and controlled much more strictly. Upon receipt of the investment funds and the implementation of the project, the applicant will be a farmer meeting the new standards. The farmer has accumulated experience in Polish vegetable production, excellent knowledge of greenhouse production, good business relationships and a well-established name of a fair and financially stable partner, which guarantees the perfect implementation of this business project. The analysis of the industry as a whole and the experience we already have are indicators of the good opportunities for achieving safe and stable results. In this regard, the farmer intends to invest in the construction of 20 greenhouses with polyethylene coating type "Tunnel" with a structure of metal arched trusses, with dimensions: width - 8.00 m, height - 3.50 m; length 24.00 m. Covered area of ​​a greenhouse - 192.00 square meters. The farmer has entered into a lease agreement for land properties with a total area of 9711 sq.m. for a period until 01.10.2027, in which the 20 greenhouses of the "Tunnel" type will be installed. The area that will be occupied by the greenhouses is equal to 3,840.00 sq. M. On the remaining areas the farmer will continue the field cultivation of vegetables. The land properties are located within the village of Golyam Porovets, municipality Isperih.
