In the absence of a primary drying product, the drying plant will also be used for the drying of the essential oils produced on the holding. This will usually occur after the first mowing of the year has been harvested around mid-May, when there will still be no fruit to dry. The second mattress type drying plant will be used for the drying of essential oil - mint and peppermint produced by the farmer. It has 16 pieces of metal grilles with perforated galvanized steel sheets of 1500/1000 mm., 3 pieces of fans and 3 pieces of heat exchangers, each with 15 kW power.
