The current investment project envisages the purchase of technological equipment for the construction of two separate drying installations. One drying plant will mainly be used for drying plums. One drying cycle will last for 24 hours, using 8 carts of 44 production trays per load. The remaining 8 carts will be prepared and loaded with primary product. The temperature at which the fruit will be dried will be 35 degrees Celsius. In the absence of a primary drying product, the drying plant will also be used for the drying of the essential oils produced on the holding. This will usually occur after the first mowing of the year has been harvested around mid-May, when there will still be no fruit to dry. The second mattress type drying plant will be used for the drying of essential oil - mint and peppermint produced by the farmer. It has 16 pieces of metal grilles with perforated galvanized steel sheets of 1500/1000 mm., 3 pieces of fans and 3 pieces of heat exchangers, each with 15 kW power.
