Preparation and registration of a regional collective mark of Association "LAG - Elhovo - Bolyarovo"

The project proposal is aimed at achieving Specific Objective 2.3. Development of territorial identity and marketing based on the specific territorial potential of PRIORITY 2: Adequate to modern conditions living environment and quality of life and territorial identity through efficient use of resources from the approved CLLD Strategy of NGO "LAG - Elhovo - Bolyarovo" by creating and registration of a regional collective mark for products and services produced and offered on the territory of the LAG. For achiving the objective are planned following activities: • Services for creating a logo or word to be used as a collective mark for products and services produced and offered on the territory of the LAG - Elhovo - Bolyarovo • Consulting services of an industrial property representative in connection with the registration of a regional collective mark in the Patent Office for products and services produced and offered on the territory of the LAG - Elhovo - Bolyarovo • Fees for application, expertise and registration of a collective mark according to the Tariff for fees collected by the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria.
