The project proposal envisages the construction of an artificial lake in the center of the space of Maria Rosa Park, with a decorative fence around it and a recreation area with a total area of 756 sq. M .; combined playground for children from 1-3 years and from 3-12 years - 527 sq. m. with shock-absorbing and rubber flooring and playground for street fitness 160 sq. m. The territory will be furnished with benches, trash cans, drinking fountain - fountain type, 2 flower pavilions, with a dome-shaped shape - metal construction with the possibility of hanging pots on the dome and attaching creeping evergreen and flowering plants. A new alley network will be built, according to the adjacent architectural and infrastructural environment. It is planned to preserve the real tree vegetation and enrich it with seasonal impact of newly provided tree-shrub groups and color accents. The architectural-planning and spatial improvement of the terrain will contribute to the general improvement of the territory of Maria Rosa Park and harmonious fit of the public works in the general drawing, as the aim is to achieve a sustainable, safe and accessible architectural environment.
