Technical assistance to the Managing Authority of the Rural Development Programme (2014-2020) through funding of organisation and participation in unplanned public events; international events and technical meetings with the European Commission (EC) services/committees/working groups to the EC for calendar year 2018.

Support shall be granted to the Managing Authority of RDP 2014-2020 through this budget line for funding of certain operations/expenditure, which are eligible under measure 20 ''Technical assistance'' of RDP and necessary in the process of management and implementation of the Programme, as follows: 1. Organisation (incl. expenditure for organisation, preparation/multiplying of information materials, travel costs, daily allowance, accommodation allowance) of unplanned public events regarding the monitoring, control, implementation and evaluations of RDP 2014-2020, at the initiative of the MA and/or potential beneficiaries and/or socio-economic partners, the implementation of which shall be undertaken by the MA; 2. Participation of the staff, engaged in the management, monitoring, control, implementation and evaluations of RDP 2014-2020, in international events, which are directly related to rural development (incl. participation fees); and 3. Participation of the staff, engaged in the management, monitoring, control, implementation and evaluations of RDP 2014-2020, in technical meetings with the European Commission (EC) services/committees/working groups to the EC, for which expenses are not reimbursed by the EC.
