Support shall be granted to the Managing Authority of RDP 2014-2020 through this budget line for funding of certain operations/expenditure, which are eligible under measure 20 ''Technical assistance'' of RDP and necessary in the process of management and implementation of the Programme, as follows: 1. Analyses, researches, studies carried out by external contractors for the purposes of effective management, monitoring and implementation of RDP 2014-2020, including analyses, researches and studies to comply with the ex ante conditionalities. 2. Trainings for the staff, involved in monitoring, control, implementation and evaluations of RDP 2014-2020 (incl. trainings in state aid), incl. cooperation between MA and similar institutions in the EU Member States (travel costs, daily allowance, accommodation allowance and training fees). 3.Preparation and dissemination of information regarding monitoring, control, implementation and evaluations of RDP 2014-2020 by: a) preparation, dissemination and publication of materials about information and publicity; and b) support to preparation and implementation of the Communication plan (incl. hiring external experts for its development and additional precision), incl. actions envisaged for publicity of RDP, ways of applying under the RDP, promoting good practices and implementing of RDP’s objectives and priorities. 4. Trainings for (potential) beneficiaries of RDP 2014-2020; 5. Evaluations described in Section 9 ‘Evaluation plan’ of RDP 2014-2020; 6. Recruitment of independent consultants (organisations/experts) for performing short-term and long-term tasks related to management and implementation of the RDP.
