Expenditure up to 80% of individual basic salaries, outstanding taxes, social security contributions and paid leave of the premanent staff directly engaged in the management, monitoring, evaluation and control over RDP (2014-2020) in line with their job descriptions. Top-up payments of volatile nature set out in the national legislation.

According to Section 15.6 of the RDP and Section 15.2 of the Conditions for applying for direct grant award under measure 20 "Technical Assistance" of RDP, expenditure up to 80% of individual basic salaries of the staff directly engaged in the management, monitoring, evaluation and control of the RDP in line with their job descriptions as well as top-up payments of volatile nature set out in the national legislation are eligible for financial support under measure 20 "Technical Assistance" of RDP. Payments shall not overlap similar national schemes for stimulating the staff and shall be accompanied by relevant accounting documents and limited within the period of implementation of the Programme.
