In view of supporting the RDP Managing Authority, the Local Action Groups implementing LEADER/CLLD approach and the beneficiaries with enhancing the efficiency of using their resources to tackle the local population's needs , an on-going evaluation of LEADER/CLLD should be carried out. The On-going evaluation shall cover the period from RDP launch in 2015 to the end of 2020. Added value by LEADER/CLLD shall also be a subject of evaluation as regards the benefits resulting from the correct application of CLLD approach compared to benefits that would come out without applying CLLD.
