Recruitment of additional staff to the RDP Managing Authority needed with view of strengthening the administrative capacity of the staff engaged in the management, monitoring, control, implementation and evaluations of RDP 2014-2020 - expenditure for remuneration of these staff for the period 01.01.-31.12.2022

According to Section 15.6 of the RDP and Section 15.2 of the Conditions for applying for direct grant award under measure 20 "Technical Assistance" of RDP, expenditure for recruitment of additional staff to the Managing Authority, incl. outstanding taxes, social security contributions and paid leave as well as top-up payments of volatile nature set out in the national legislation are eligible for financial support under measure 20 "Technical Assistance" of RDP. Pursuant to Council of Ministers' Decree 209/2015 and Methodology for selection and recruitment of additional staff to he Managing Authority for the needs and within the period of RDP implementation, following competition-based selection according to the labour legislation, up to 30 persons may be recruited. Additional staff to the MA and PA shall perform clearly differentiated activities, which are directly related to management and implementation of RDP on the basis of contracts concluded with MA/PA but shall not have the statute of permanent staff. The period of contracts with these staff shall not exceed the final date of the implementation of RDP 2014-2020. Additional staff shall be recruited on fixed-term contract and payments shall include expenditure for working salary, past service, professional experience, paid annual leave, due compensations, top-up payments for results achieved up to 80% of the basic monthly salary, social security contributions and taxes set out in the national legislation.
