Construction of a distillery for the digestion of essential oil crops by group of producers "Consortium Herbal Oil - Kaliakra" Ltd.

The applicant for the present procedure "Consortium Herbal Oil - Kaliakra" LTD unites the following producers - producers of essential oils: 1. "ZELENCHUKOV RAI - STEFANOVI" LTD. 2. ZS OSHNUT VELIEV ALIEV 3. ZS BOGOMIL EMILOV PENCHEV 4. "AGROELIT 2017" LTD 5. "PANAGRO" LTD. The company is recognized as a producers group № 80 under Ordinance No 12 of May 5, 2015 on "the terms and procedure for recognition of producer organizations ..." With this project the applicant will build a new processing plant - a distillery for disintegration of ethereal oil crops. The main construction works of the project will contribute to the construction of a modern production building in the company's own property, located in the PI 35064.202.5 in the industrial zone of Kavarna. The equipment purchase activities consist of installing 8 pcs. processing modules and other adjoining equipment for extracting lavender oil and lemon balm (also knows as melissa). The main objective of this project is to improve the overall activity of the members of the consortium and increase their economic efficiency and competitiveness. The expected results from the implementation of the project consist in building capacity for processing of 962.4 tons of raw material of lemon balm and lavender, 70% of which will be produced by the members of the group, actually the main need of the registered farmers shareholders. Ready-to-sell processed products - lemon balm and lavender oils will reach the target groups of food producers, nutritional supplements and medicines on the domestic market. With the implementation of its project, Consortium Herbal Oil - Kaliakra Ltd. will cover the priorities of sub-measure 4.2 related to investments in sensitive sectors in rural areas, increase the energy efficiency of the enterprise, create sustainable employment and promote integration between farmers and processing plants.
