"Establishment of a plant for the processing and packaging of fruit"

The investment intention of COM AGRO Ltd. concerns the establishment of a fruit processing plant. The company will process plums, respectively, in a dried pome fruit, dried pome fruit, and frozen organic plum without stones, which will be distinguished by its excellent preserved natural taste. The investment proposal provides that the processing plant for the production of organic prunes of its own production shall be made of a metal structure on a concrete base, and the surrounding and partition walls shall be of polyurethane thermal panels. The roof will be doubled and accordingly built of 4 cm thick thermal panels. In the northeastern part of the building will be divided administrative and household parts. The administrative part will be accessible via a separate staircase and entrance from the outside. There will be three office premises, a bathroom, a corridor, a server and a GRT. The living quarters will have a separate staircase to adjoining terrain and separate entrances to changing rooms for women and men. In this area there are separate sanitary units, a rest room and a corridor with a hygienic filter for access to the production premises. The production part will consist of raw material reception areas, drying and processing areas, storage areas and expedition areas. The factory will have a reception ramp, a reception area, sanitary-household for external staff, a cooling chamber for pre-cooling, dryer, boiler room, dry tempered storage, two drying chambers, refrigeration chamber for pre-cooling, cold packing room, minus refrigeration chamber, packing and packing room for dried products, dry warehouse, warehouse packing and packing materials, technological corridor, laboratory, office technologist and expedition ramp. The working and storage premises will be equipped with standard machines and technological equipment that will ensure a good flow of the processes for processing the fruits.
