Purchase of technological equipment for the needs of a meat processing plant of Agromes Ltd.

This project is applying for funding under the admission procedure (selection) of project proposals BG06RDNP001-4.001 under sub-measure 4.2. "Investments in processing / marketing of agricultural products" from measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" from the Program for Rural Development 2014-2020. The project proposal is an intention of AGROMES Ltd to realize an investment in the meat processing plant owned by him. Currently the company produces mainly carcass meat and works as a slaughterhouse, but with the realization of the project for investment in meat processing equipment, Agromess Ltd. will start the production of cuts and red meat preparations - pork and beef of Bulgarian origin, supplied by external providers. The slaughterhouse of the enterprise is not the subject of this investment plan and none of the machines is targeted at it. The activities envisaged for implementation in the project proposal are for the introduction of new technological equipment in a meat processing plant and the purchase of a specialized transport vehicle, which ensures the delivery of the finished products - cuts and blanks to the end users. The equipment is aimed at a processing department - cutting and preparation of meat, thanks to which high productivity will be achieved, introduction of new products in the product range - cuts and pieces of minced red meats (kebpets, meatballs, sausages, etc.) higher efficiency, minimized marriage, energy efficiency, job optimization, better working conditions and sanitary and hygienic conditions, and last but not least - extremely high quality of production.
