FACTORY FOR PROCESSING OF WAXES AND WRITTEN NUTS AND PI 65766.303.232 BY THE COURT AND THE COURT OF SVISHTOV, GENERAL. SVISHTOV

The purpose of the present project is to prepare a project for: Processing plant for walnuts and nuts and PI 65766.303.232 according to the CoR and CoR of the town of Svishtov, Svishtov municipality. It is planned to build a new air-conditioned building in which to install technological equipment and a workshop for processing walnuts and walnuts. The building is on one floor and serves entirely for production purposes. For the realization of the development there are the following favorable prerequisites: • availability of necessary road links; • Possibility of processing raw materials (walnuts) from own plantations and from buying from the region; • market demand for clean nuts as feedstock for the food industry; • possibility to close the growing cycle of nut trees with good fruit taste and production of high quality nuts; • the possibility of introducing new high-quality technologies, the introduction of good production practices and ISS certification. Designing has been carried out in accordance with current regulations and regulations: • Ordinance ІІ-1971 on structural and technical rules and fire safety standards, promulgated SG No. 96 / 04.12.2009. and in force from 05.06.2010. • Ordinance № 4 / 2001g. the scope and content of investment projects • Spatial Development Act (in force since March 31, 2001, amended and supplemented, SG No. 13 of 7 February 2017)
