"INTER-UNIVERS - Ivan Vassilev" is a registered agricultural producer, operating in the field of livestock breeding (cattle breeding - breeding of animals mainly from the Gascon breed) and plant growing - grain production. The growing demand for high-quality beef motivates the sole trader to invest in a slaughterhouse and a cutting plant where he produces high quality produce made from quality raw material. The project proposal presents an investment intention of ET-INTER-UNIVERS - Ivan Vassilev for construction of a slaughterhouse with cutting and production of meat products in PI 69208.140.51 according to the plan of Stefan Karadzhovo village, Bolyarino municipality, Yambol district. During the design, the basic principles laid down in ORDER № 4 of 15.07.2014 on the specific requirements for the production of raw materials and foodstuffs of animal origin at the slaughter points, their transport and placing on the market of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, promulgated, SG No. 60 of 22.07.2014, amend. and supplements, nos. Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (OJ L 139, 30.4.2004, p. Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin, EC Directive No 364L0433 laying down health conditions for the production and marketing of fresh meat , as well as Regulation 1099/2009 on the protection of animals at the time of slaughter.For the realization of the development there are the following favorable prerequisites: • availability of necessary road links; • availability of own livestock breeding farm for large ruminants; • market demand for high quality meats and meat products and canned food; • the possibility of introducing new technologies, enabling the achievement of high quality and the introduction of good production;
