Enterprise for processing eggs in a property with identifier 56277.501.291, sq. 28 according to the plan of the town of Peshtera

The present investment project for "Egg processing workshop" is applied for financial support under sub-measure 4.2 "Investment in processing / marketing of agricultural products" under measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the Program for Rural Development for the period 2014 - 2020. The main objective of the project is to add value to the agricultural produce produced by the applicant and to obtain a quality final product (boiled and dyed eggs). This objective corresponds to the underlying objective of the sub-measure, namely to improve the overall activity, economic efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises in the processing industry, to introduce new technologies, to increase production capacities. The investment is in the milk and milk products sector, including poultry eggs with the exception of the production, processing and / or marketing of milk / dairy products. The sole trader's plans are to broaden the range of hitherto breeding activities of egg goods, adding value to primary agricultural production. The intention is to build a production plant for processing, packaging and storing cooked, painted eggs. The realization of this investment will allow the applicant to add value to the production and to impose a new product for Bulgaria - cooked, dyed eggs. Such a product is known and sought after in a number of European countries and the current investment will allow Angelov Angel Ivanov to increase his own revenues from his sale. Another possibility provided by this installation is that, in an unfavorable market situation, part of the eggs already produced can be processed, resulting in a product with a higher durability and a higher value.
