ESTABLISHING A FACTORY FOR DRIED TOMATOES AND FRESH SALADS

The present project aims at building and equipping a workshop for the production of dried tomatoes and fresh salads in the town of Pertic, meeting the European quality requirements for production. The realization of the project will help to build a modern modern workshop for processing of agricultural products, which will: - produces a range of dried and delicate vegetables, meeting the quality criteria of European and world markets; - implemented modern technologies and technological lines; - concentrate and optimize the production and the establishment of a modern fruit and vegetable processing plant - improve hygiene and working conditions. - create the conditions for producing more competitive production, meeting all modern market requirements, by enabling the rapid development and implementation of internal rules for good manufacturing hygiene and laboratory practices and the HACCP system for safe food production. The long-term goals of AGRO IN 2001 EOOD are defined after conducting extensive analyzes on the market in Bulgaria and after discussing the opportunities for development in different directions of the company. In addition, the long-term objectives are defined in terms of their realism and in line with the realities in Bulgaria both in the food industry and on the basis of the current state of the product market in this industry. In view of the above, the applicant for this investment project defines two main long-term objectives of the company in the following two directions: - validation of the market of products from vegetable processing; - production of quality products, traditional for the Bulgarian consumer. Through the implementation of the project will ensure high labor productivity and production of quality ready-made tomato paste, meeting the requirements of the EU.
