Following the acquisition of the slaughterhouse, AGRO SIP Ltd. has an investment intention to expand its activity through the production of large meat cuts from the extracted carcass, pork meat - cutting. The processing plant will have a capacity to process 200 carcases per day. Large packs will be produced and will be packed and packaged accordingly. Some of them will be chilled and the remaining quantities will be marketed in a frozen state. For this purpose, an area of about 1963 m² is planned to be built on the free area of the slaughterhouse yard. The transhipment enterprise will be directly linked to the existing slaughterhouse from where it will receive the raw material - carcasses (halves), dragon or steamed, traversed by a pipe. In the new object the carcass will be cooled and stored in specialized refrigerated halls equipped with a pipe path. The training room will be equipped with: - Pipeline - Cutting line for meat cuts, incl. band saw for cutting of meat - line for moving and sorting cuts - a fat-removing machine and other specialized meat processing equipment, as well as the necessary sanitary and hygienic facilities, sinks, sterilizers and others. The obtained output will be packed in polymer packaging materials, weighed and labeled, then packed in plastic transport boxes or box-pallets. Part of the production intended for cold processing will immediately be stored in the appropriate refrigeration rooms with appropriate temperature regime. The remaining quantities of packaged and packaged meat cuts will be shock-freezed and then stored at a temperature not higher than -18 ° C.
