"Dives Plus" Ltd. is a pre-registered farmer according to the 2016/2017 survey form, processing about 8 000 decares of agricultural land in the villages of Ovchaga, Komarevo, Kiten village, Gradinarovo village, Blaskovo village Provadia, Varna district. At the moment of application, "Dives Plus" Ltd. has planted hazelnuts, located in two gardens, respectively 202.064 decares and 68.442 decares in the territory of the village of Kiten, Provadia municipality, certified as transitional areas. The site is located in the village of Blaskovo, Provadia municipality in a separate business building / building 2 / processing for agricultural production. There are no incompatible activities around the site. The production program envisages the processing of hazelnuts in shell, own production. The following raw materials are required to realize it: - hazelnuts in shell - box pallets, polyethylene sacks of 25 kg capacity. wrapping foil - paper, polyethylene, other, with different capacity for small cuts. The hazel processing plant is a one-hulled hall with a low degree of fire hazard and a built-up area of 438 sq.m. The walls and the roof of the building are executed by a sandwich panel system mounted on a metal structure. A medium-temperature refrigeration chamber is installed next to the building. The site is processing - breaking and removing the shells, separating, calibrating and sorting the nuts; packing in large packs; packing of small cuts and storage of shelled hazelnuts.
