Refrigerated Dairy Storage and Cutting Base and Modernization of an Existing Enterprise

The investment is aimed at expanding and modernizing the production business. For this purpose, a Refrigerated Dairy Storage and Cutting Base will be constructed and an existing enterprise will be modernized. It is envisaged to construct a Refrigerated Dairy Storage Base with a Dairy Cutting Workshop consisting of the following Sub-Objects: - Air-conditioned building for storing and cutting dairy products with an area of ​​1565 sq. m. - Photovoltaic installation for own use - 30 kWp; - A fence with a length of 73.03 m; - Vertical Planning with site networks with total built-up area 1172.07 sq. m .; - Landscaping and Landscaping with total built-up area 392.20 sq. m. The base to be built is designed to be a large refrigerator and non-refrigerated areas are fully air-conditioned. The new air-conditioned building is designed on two floors and will have 10 refrigeration chambers with refrigeration equipment, one for deep freezing, cutting workshop, boxing shop, warehouse, auxiliary, machine and household premises The building is also equipped with solar panels for hot water production for washing vessels and equipment. The ground floor connection with the second level is made with two freight hoists - kits for technological needs for raw materials and finished products. A machine room is provided next to them, which serves them. The following production equipment for the cutting plant is envisaged: two stacked electric stackers, six mobile tables and four mobile racks. The investment also aims at technological modernization of the production facilities in a dairy plant of "ECCO-F" S.A. The investment includes the purchase of production equipment as follows: - Pasteurizer for milk 10 000l / h - Pasteurizer for milk 5 000l / h - Vertical tank for water / milk 40 m3 - Ice water installation
