ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PRODUCTION OF ETHROTIC OILS FROM TERRESTRIAL - AROMATIC CROPS AND DRIED DRINKS

The aim of the present study is to prepare a project for the construction and equipment of: Enterprise for the production of essential oils from healing aromatic crops and herb drying. As a result of the investment, a product with high added value and excellent opportunities for market realization will be obtained. The investment is entirely in the sector of "technical and medical crops, including oilseed rose, herbs and cotton, excluding the production, processing and / or marketing of tobacco and tobacco products, sugar and confectionery". Associated with the processing of raw materials from sensitive sectors according to Annex 11 of the Application Conditions "Raw materials of plant and animal origin and products thereof in sensitive sectors". The main raw material to be processed in the new plant is lavender and lemon balm produced on the applicant's holding. For the realization of the development there are the following favorable conditions: availability of the necessary road connections, possibility of processing of raw material (lavender and lemon balm) from own plantations; market demand for essential oils; possibility of closing the cycle - cultivation of medicinal and aromatic crops and production of high quality essential oils; • the possibility of introducing innovative technologies that can achieve high quality. For this purpose, patent No BG66567B1 / 23.02.2018 for "Precision Control Hall Dual Sensor Sensor" has been purchased, which optimizes the energy costs by smoothly regulating the temperature regimes. Thanks to this, the biologically active components, the lime, the aromatic and other characteristics of the etheric-oil raw materials are preserved. Innovation is implemented in a distillery sub-complex - in a complex line for filling a steam boiler and a steam generator with control and in a similar drying and processing of herbs - through a complex line for processing of leaf and colors of aromatic and medical cultures.
