The project proposal concerns the construction of a new refrigeration base for storing, cutting and dispatching own dairy products, building an autonomous photovoltaic system for electricity production for own consumption and purchasing new refrigeration and technological equipment. The refrigeration equipment will be positioned entirely in the new building. while part of the new technological equipment will replace the existing already depreciated equipment that is in the existing building and the other part of the technological equipment will be located in the newly built storage, cutting and shipping base. The project is aimed at technological modernization and improvement of the production capacity of the enterprise with respect to the following products: cow's cheese, sheep's cheese, cow's butter and cottage cheese. The products produced in the plant were obtained from the processing of 100% raw milk without plant-based additives. Production of fresh milk is delivered, after which the raw material is tested, cooled and entered into the production cycle. The construction of the new base will create suitable conditions for storage, cutting, packaging in consumer packages, packing in transport packaging and dispatching of own dairy products, in compliance with all the requirements of the European and national legislation in the field of food hygiene.
