Construction of a factory for processing of medicinal and aromatic crops

This project proposal is aimed at introducing new products, processes and technologies, improving the energy efficiency of the enterprise, improving the possibilities for organic production by processing primary agricultural biological products and protecting the environment by reducing soil fertilizers and pesticides. The set goals will be fulfilled through the following activities: Construction of a factory for processing of medicinal and aromatic crops - construction works and equipment delivery; Supply installation and commissioning of technological equipment for the "Distillation" Division and the "Extraction" Division of the Department for Medical and Aromatic Processing. Purchase and installation of technological equipment for distillery and extraction of essential oil crops. The implementation of this project is in the form of a prepared investment project of the factory and energy audit of the industrial system of Bioform. The results to be achieved with the implementation of this project proposal are the following: production of organic products; increasing energy efficiency; improving cooperation between farmers, processors and traders; enhancing competitiveness; creating sustainable employment on the territory of a rural area; greening and sustainable development. The implementation of the project will have a positive effect on the general sectoral development of the country's essential oil crops. Bioform Ltd. will improve its market position in this sector and will contribute to the overall trade and competitiveness of the Bulgarian market. With the realization of its investments, the project will contribute to protecting the environment, enhancing resource efficiency and mitigating and adapting climate change impacts.
