"Enterprise for the processing of nuts, located in the village of Gorni Lozen, Pancharevo municipality, Sofia district"

The object of the investment of this project is the construction of a plant for processing and packaging of nuts, located in the village of Gorni Lozen, Pancharevo municipality, Sofia region. Joint Venture JSC also applies for the purchase of technological equipment for the aforementioned enterprise. The purpose of the investment intention of "Vkusna Jadka" JSC is the construction of a modern enterprise for processing and packaging of nuts and defining the basic parameters for the location of the technological equipment in accordance with the technological standards for this type of processing plants and the planned production capacity. The main raw material needed to feed the production processes in the plant (hazelnuts) is obtained from another owner's base. It is located 7 km. of the present enterprise within the same location. Here the gilts come in shell and pass to process a production line, which carries out: calibration, breaking, separating nuts from shell, cleaning / splitting of nuts and shells, sorting and packing in transport units bags / big beggars. The raw materials thus prepared are transported by the means of transport owned by the enterprise to the current owner's base, for further processing and packing in consumer packages. The following storage areas are provided in the processing and packaging plant for nuts; Input raw material; Ready product (in its different varieties); Packaging materials; Buffer for finishing / in the production hall /; For chemicals and preparations related to hygiene (EPA).
