The present project envisages modernization of the existing dairy processing plant and its retrofitting in order to increase the capacity for receiving and storing raw material - raw milk and hence increasing production output. The project also envisages investments in specialized equipment for the washing of the blocks used in the cheese production, as well as the Central Washing System, which will meet the technological requirements for washing and disinfection after the planned increase of the produced quantities. It is also planned to purchase 2 refrigeration vehicles, aiming to ensure the independence of the business activity of the enterprise and to optimize the marketing of the production.
