The present project aims at implementing a project for: Line for roasting, blanching and production of nut products and their packaging to a workshop for processing nuts in UPI II - 121002 in massif 121, the land of the village of Nova Shipka, Dolni chiflik. With the realization of the project activities, the company will close the cycle from the hazelnut fruit until it is processed into the following products: calibrated raw hazelnut kernel, salted and baked hazelnut kernel, coarse hazelnut product, finely ground hazelnut product, hazelnut puree and making a hazelnut mix with a hazelnut product. The company's activities include the following operations: a) delivery of the hazelnut raw material - cleaning from leaves and impurities; (b) drying of "shell" hazelnuts; (c) storage of "shell" hazelnuts in a concrete bunker; The aforementioned operations are secured by the respective machinery and equipment and are equipped with automated horizontal and vertical between operational transport, mechanized and handled in the case of loading and dispatch of the product in particular: elevators, screw and conveyor belts, which are a separate project was implemented and put into operation. (d) calibration of "shell" hazelnuts by size; (e) breaking and separating hazelnut nuts from shells; (f) Calibration of hazelnuts by size. The listed operations are development of a separate project - a processing plant for nuts, which is under implementation. The present work aims at increasing the range of hazelnut-based products with higher added value, namely production of: • salted and baked hazelnut kernel• wholesale or retail minced hazelnut product;• hazelnut puree;• a hazelnut product mix; For the realization of the development there are the following favorable prerequisites:• availability of necessary road links; • Possibility of processing of bio-raw material from own plantations;• Market demand for hazelnuts as a raw material for the food industry
