ESTABLISHING A FACTORY FOR OF PEELED LENTIL

The present project aims to purchase equipment, repair and commissioning of a blown lentil production workshop in Dulgopol, meeting the European quality requirements for production. Within the framework of the common European market and given the full membership of Bulgaria in the European Union for PANTEX AGRO EOOD, it is essential to achieve a high quality end product at low cost of production allowing for high market competitiveness. To achieve the above-mentioned goal of PANTEKS AGRO EOOD intends to apply with the current project for repairs, equipment and commissioning of the production of blanched lenses under sub-measure 4.2 "Investments in processing / marketing of peas ostopanski products "from the Program for Rural Development 2014 - 2020 g. The long-term objectives of PANTEKS AGRO Ltd. are defined after conducting extensive analyzes on the market in Bulgaria and after discussing the opportunities for development in different directions of the company. In addition, the long-term objectives are defined in terms of their realism and in line with the realities in Bulgaria both in the food industry and on the basis of the current state of the product market in this industry.
