The site is planned to be built on the territory of a farm , owned by Ventsislav Panteleev, with only the animals owned by him being slaughtered. The slaughterhouse will be located in property number 000070 in the village of Smolnitsa with ECATTE 67622, ​​Dobrich municipality, with total area of ​​163,30 m2. "VENTSISLAV PANTELIEV" Ltd. has applied for the construction of a production building - a large ruminant slaughterhouse with a total built-up area of ​​165.5 sq.m. In addition, vertical planning activities are planned to be carried out on an area of ​​115 sq.m. There will also be built a pit , a septic tank and retaining walls. The total value of the envisaged construction works is BGN 289 612.52. There is also a purchase of refrigeration equipment and technological equipment for the needs of the processing process. The value of the equipment is BGN 767 474.00. The total value of the investment intention of VENTSISLAV PANTELIEV Ltd. amounts to BGN 1,057,086.52
