Renovation of the "Fruit Processing Base" and the purchase of technological equipment

Expansion and modernization of the production activity. For this purpose, it will carry out ongoing repairs of the "Plant for sorting and processing of fruits and vegetables", "Warehouse for processed products" and pave on the production site - Vertical planning and will acquire the necessary technological equipment for expansion of the activity. We plan to carry out current repair works on the above-mentioned buildings consisting of: replacement and repair of flooring, changing of joinery, external and internal drainage and replacement of plasters and linings, laying of thermal insulation, replacement of ceramics and boarding for one building and waterproofing of the flat roof, dismantling of gutters, drains and drainage pipes and replacement of new ones and other works without changing the existing installations. At present, there are three lines for sorting, calibrating and removing fruit handles in the building, as two of the lines are equipped with existing pavers. It is envisaged to install another processing line for sorting, calibrating, removing handles, stoning and sorter with optics. The project will also add two crushing machines one to the third existing line and one to the new line. The s technological machines and lines are in accordance with the purpose of the room. The installation of the new line and machines does not affect the construction of the building, does not change the loads, nor does it change the purpose of the premises and the building. When installing the same, it is not necessary to change the type and location of the common installations and installations in the building and the facilities. It is envisaged purchase of new 3000 pieces of box pallets in which part of the processed cherries in pulp will be stored before further processing. It is also envisaged to drain an existing asphalt pavement on the internal site infrastructure.
