The present project aims at purchasing equipment, repairing the building stock and putting into operation of the production of meat preparations in the village of Ivanovo, meeting the European quality requirements for production. The purpose of the investment is to reconstruct an existing building in a production building and equipment with new high-tech machines and equipment. For this purpose, a slaughterhouse with a reception room, refrigeration rooms, finished goods warehouses, a packing room, a basic room for cutting and processing according to the meat processing cycle of the meat processing plant will be established. In order to meet the high requirements for this type of enterprise, it will be delivered and installed: air conditioning, aspiration system, cleaning and disinfection of premises and equipment.
