The project proposal "Improving the competitiveness of dairy processing enterprise "Serdika - 94" Ltd. in Gorna Malina village " represents the investment intention of the applicant "Serdika - 94" Ltd. to expand and modernize its activities by introducing new and energy saving technologies and innovations in the processing enterprise. The company will carry out all the activities in its own newly acquired property, namely: Regulated land plot of 7 900 square meters, located in Gorna Malina village, Gorna Malina Municipality, RLP X - "Industrial and warehousing". The project proposal provides for the following main activities to be carried out: 1. Reconstruction of an existing workshop for production and storage of dairy products according to investment project for sub-project 1: "Reconstruction of CORPUS A." In corpus A will be partially reconstructed the premises in order to increase the area of the pasteurization site and construction of a new space for the production of fresh milk. In the pasteurization workshop is planned delivery and installation of new technological equipment for production of yoghurt and fresh milk. 2. Construction of a new workshop for dairy production and cold storage according to investment project for sub-project 2: “BUILDING OF CORPUS B”. It envisages the construction of a white cheese workshop, a cheese production workshop, refrigerators for maturing, refrigerators storage for all products. 3. Construction, supply and installation of equipment of an innovative sewage treatment plant for the two workshops by carrying out construction works according to the investment project for sub-project 3: "WASTE WATER TREATMENT Station" 4. Supply and installation of new technological equipment, including innovative, according to investment project part: "MACHINE-TECHNOLOGY". For the entire plot is planned construction works for vertical planning.
